Aroha stone - Kuru

Aroha Stone (Piemontite Schist) is a gorgeous type of schist found in numerous parts of New Zealand. It exhibits pink and purple hues ranging from delicate and subtle to intense and striking. Its name is taken from the Māori word for love, thanks to its romantic colour palette and the mica it contains that produces a luminous sheen. It is said to contain restorative energy, making it a perfect fit for those who are navigating trauma or addiction.
